About Us

A little history of the Kaiaua Kruisers from the founding member.
The idea was conceived after a group of us that had been to the Beach Hop with our cars, over a few bevies after our spin session at Mangatangi. Thought there was enough classis cars and bikes in the Kaiaua area to start a cruising group.
A meeting was convened by Bruce Caird (Cairdy) at the Bay View Hotel on the 20th May 2018. There was 30 people present and 12 apologies. It was decided that we call ourselves Kaiaua Kruisers and that our group would consist of any cars, trucks and bikes of interest.
Our first run was to AJAYS Auto shop in Paeroa then lunch at a nearby pub and then a social visit to the Kerapehe bowling club on the way home. A good first up outing with 25 cars and 5 bikes.
We have 90 people on our texting list and everyone is notified each month where the next cruise is. We are now on facebook so you will be able to see whats happening on here. A special thanks to Kim for setting this up for us.
